At CIVANTÉ, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please review our return policy below to understand the available options and the steps to follow.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

The item must be in the same condition as received:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To Initiate a Return:

Contact us at info@civantelabel.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that international returns, especially to Asia, may have high shipping fees.

Inspection & Refund:

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will proceed with the refund.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
  • If after 15 business days from approval you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@civantelabel.com.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personalized products (custom orders or engraved items)
  • Personal care products (beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

14-DAY WITHDRAWAL PERIOD (EU ORDERS)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase is required.

RETURN OPTIONS

Option 1: Return the Item

  • If you wish to return an item, you must ship the package to the provided return address.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund, which may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Option 2: Keep the Item

  • If returning the item is not feasible, you may choose to keep the item and receive a 15% refund of the total order value back to your original payment method.
  • This option allows you to avoid high international shipping costs.
  • You may also gift the item to friends or family if it does not suit your needs.
